Collection: p e n d a n t s

About the Pendants: In the latter part of 2022, I fell in deep love with the idea of wedding my passionate delight over everything oceanic with my equally-strong interest in literature and poetry to create meaningful and collectible wearable art. To me there is something both powerful and beautiful about art that carries a meaning and that we can carry about with us. This is, I suppose, the real essence of a talisman: that bearing it directs our thoughts and the energy of our souls, and that our souls, when we've got them pointing in the right direction, are capable of astonishing things. And so the notion of the literary seascape pendants was born.

Each of these pendants features an intricate seascape hand-painted by me on earthy ceramic bisque and then varnished. Although the pieces in a set will share the same colors and general design, no two are identical and each one takes hours to create.
