Interview With Iron Horse Literary Review
Share
In April of 2022, I was honored when my poem "Summer of the Oystercatchers" was named as the winner of Iron Horse Literary Review's annual National Poetry Month Competition. I'm so grateful to the editors of that publication for selecting my piece, and to Managing Editor Sara Ryan for the thoughtful interview she conducted with me afterward. Below you can find the full text of the winning poem, as well as the quite personal interview in which I share a little bit about my story and discuss women's liberation, TCK life, restorative religiosity, & the secret power of the letter O.
